This video will show how to make poha bread cutlet or aval bread cutlet, a healthy and quick snack with no deep frying and no potatao. This takes hardly 5-10 min to do this yummy snack. This is done with red thin poha/aval and whole wheat bread without potato along with little spices makes it healthy and yummy snacks.
Lace red poha/aval– 1 cup
Whole wheat bread – 4 slices
Onions – 1 No.
Coriander leaves – 3 tsp
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – ½ tsp
Cumin powder – ¼ tsp
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Water – 1 ½ cups
Salt as required
Oil – 1 tsp

முழு கோதுமை ரொட்டி – 4 துண்டுகள்
வெங்காயம் – 1 எண்.
கொத்தமல்லி இலைகள் – 3 தேக்கரண்டி
மிளகாய் தூள் – 1 தேக்கரண்டி
கொத்தமல்லி தூள் – ½ தேக்கரண்டி
சீரக தூள் – ¼ தேக்கரண்டி
கரம் மசாலா – ½ தேக்கரண்டி
தண்ணீர் – 1 கப்
தேவைக்கேற்ப உப்பு
எண்ணெய் – 1 தேக்கரண்டி
