I’ve decided to stray from the protein pancakes and try another recipe. I went for a vegan recipe and made it my own by adding extra ingredients/ swapping them out. I LOVE how they turned out! They’re super fluffy, yummy and easy to make. The ingredient list is easy to get and it’s DEFINITELY WORTH TRYING.
GLUTEN ALLERGY: Just use gluten free flour and it will work the same !! xx
Ingredient List: (MAKES 6)
– 1 banana
– 7 tbsp flour
– 150ml of nut milk (if you need more, stir for a few minutes before adding)
– Bicarbonate of Soda 1/2 tsp
– 1 apple
– 1/3 cup water (for apple)
– cinnamon to taste
– Vanilla extract 1tsp
