INGREDIENTS

Dry Red Chillies – 6 to 7
Fennel Seeds – 1 tsp
Black Pepper – 6 to 7
Roasted Chana Dal – 1/4 Cup
Salt as per taste
Chickpea – 1 Cup
Green Gram – 1/2 Cup
Black Eye beans – 1/4 Cup
Green Mango/Baby Mango
Chopped Curry leaves – 1 string
Chopped Coriander leaves – 1/4 Cup
Chopped Onion -1
Dry Mango Powder -1 tsp
Coriander Seeds Powder – 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1/4 tsp
Oil – 2 tsp

Procedure

Take a Mixie Jar, add Dry Red Chillies, Fennel Seeds, Black Pepper, Roasted Chana Dal, Salt as per taste and grind Coarsely
Take a mixie jar and add Chickpea Sprouts, Green Gram Sprouts ,Black Eye beans Sprouts, Green Mango/Baby Mango and grind Coarsely
Take a bowl, add Grinded powder, Grinded sprouts and add Chopped Curry leaves, Chopped Coriander Leaves,
Chopped Onion, Dry Mango powder, Coriander seeds powder, garam Masala Powder and mix well without water
Heat the Pan and add Oil and fry the Vada on pan for 1 minute each side on low flame.
Sprouts Vada is ready to serve!!
