Ingredients Needed :-

Served for 2 people
Cooking + Preparation Time : 30 Minutes

1: Paneer – 200 gram
2: Tomato – 2 Medium sized chopped
3: Green Peas – Half Cup
4: Bay leaf – 2
5: Jeera – 1 tablespoon
6: Ref Chillies – 2
7: Coriander seeds : 1-1/2 tablespoon
8: Mace (Javitri) – 1
9: Cinnamon (Dalchini) – 2 inch long stick
10: Cardamom (Elaichi) – 2
11: Kasuri Methi : 1 tablespoon
13: Clove (Laung) – 4 stick
14: Black Papper Corns – 10-12
15: Salt : As per taste
16: Turmeric : 3/4 th tablespoon
17: Jaggery : 1/2 tablespoon
18: Ginger : 2 inch
19: Coriander Leaves : 1 handful
20: Cashew : 2 tablespoon (Soaked for 30 mins)
21: Mellon seeds (Magaj) : 1 tablespoon (Soaked for 30 mins)

Cooking Process :-

– Switch on the gas in low medium flame and place a claypot on it.
– Then put all whole spices, jeera, red chillies, coriander seeds and bay leaf for dry roasting.
– Add 2 finely chopped tomatoes to it.
– Soaked Cashew and Mellon seeds dry roast them too.
– Stir it well till the tomatoes gets mushy.
– Add salt as per taste and 3/4 th tablespoon of turmeric.
– Dry roast the Masala well.
– Add 2 inch long ginger.
– Grind them into a fine paste for gravy.
– Add 2 tablespoon water while making paste.

– Put Claypot kadhai on gas and add the gravy mixture to it.
– Mix it well by adding by adding water.
– Add 1 tablespoon full Kasuri Methi to it.
– Add little bit salt and turmeric for masala.
– Add half cup peas (Not the frozen one).
– Cook it well.
– Add 1/2 tablespoon of Jaggery.
– Then add coriander leaves for flavour.
– Add 200 gram Paneer to it and mix it well.
– Add Coriander Leaves for Garnish.
– And your dish is ready to be served now☺️
