Methi Paratha Recipe | Easy way to make Fenugreek Parathas in just 15 mins | Fenugreek Greens

Ingredients:
Methi Leaves: 1 Bunch
Wheat Flour: 2 Cups
Besan: 2 Tbsp
Salt: 1/2 Tsp
Chilli Powder: 1 Tsp
Ajwain: 1/4 Tsp
Oil: 1 Tbsp

Method:
1. Today lets check out how to make methi paratha. This is very healthy, delicious & flavorful dish. You can serve this with sambar, chutney, pickle or with curd. This is a iron rich dish and very easy to make, so lets quickly check out the ingredients and get started.
2. Today I have a bunch of methi leaves or fenugreek greens. Chop off the root portion and you can discard them. Clean wash the methi leaves well. Chop themand keep it ready.
3. To a mixing bowl, I have taken 2 cup s of aata or wheat flour. To this add 2 cups of besan r gram flour, the methi leaves, 1/2 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of chilli powder, 1/4 tsp of ajwain. Crush them and then add it. Finally add 1 tbsp of regular cooking oil. Give all the ingredients a good mix.
4. Then start to add little water at a time and knead well. We are looking for a chapathi dough consistency. Now we have it right. Close with a lid and let this rest for 1 hour.
5. After one hour pull out a small portion. Drizzle some flour in your rolling board and spread the dough to a thin sheet. Its ready now, so lets go and make he methi paratha.
6. Heat a tawa and brush some oil on it. Cook the paratha in medium flame. Brush oil on top as well. Flip sides and cook until both sides are well done and ready. Now after 3 minutes both sides are well cooked, so lets now remove them.
7. Now our healthy methi paratha is ready. Serve it hot with some chutney or curd and enjoy with your family and friends. Very easy, delicious and a healthy recipe, so do try this methi paratha recipe at your home and write back to me your feedback.
