Hello everyone, i came with this recipe after many tries. This what I LIKE to eat. Has NO SUGAR in it.
🔴 Recipe:
2 eggs
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons tahini
vanilla
2 ripe bananas
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
100gr whole wheat flour
150gr self rising flour
100gr walnuts
100gr sultanas/ raisins (or whatever you want)
1) Peaheat your oven at 160-170C
2) In a bowl, mash the two bananas, add the eggs, milk, peanut butter, tahini, vanilla and honey
3) In another bowl combine, flours, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda
4) Combine everything and add the walnuts and raisins
5)Bake for 45-50 minutes with fan ON
