This raw banana snack is made with flavour bursting spices 😇 Sides perfectly with green chutney & Tomato sauce😋

Raw banana are great source of Fibre, Potassium(Maintains Kidney health & Regulates blood pressure) , Vitamins C & B6(good for hair & skin). Also facilities in absorption of essential minerals & nutrients, especially Calcium🦴. Good for diabetic patients as they have low glycemic index💪🏼. Reduce tummy problems & helps in weight loss!

Ingredients:(Makes Approx. 5 to 6 skewers)
* 2 Raw bananas (pressure cooked for 3 whistles)
* 2 Potato (pressure cooked for 3 whistles)
* 3/4 tsp Salt or as needed
* Handful Onion, chopped
* 1 tbsp Gram flour/Besan/Chickpea flour
* 1 To 2 green Chilli based on spice level (optional)
* 1 tsp Ginger, grated
* 1/2 tsp Dry Mango powder
* 1/8 tsp Turmeric powder
* 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
* 1/2 tsp Garam masala
* 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder(Optional)
* 1/4 to 1/2 tsp Chilli powder(adjust to taste)
* Handful Coriander leaves/Cilantro
* 2 tbsp Oil for drizzling

👉🏻(English) Homemade 10 mins Garam masala in blender recipe:

🍌Notes🍌
+ Adjust Gram flour if the batter is too sticky! Sticky or watery batter absorbs more oil in the cooking process
+ Adjust spice according to taste.
+ You can also air fry them or make it as balls and fry it in appe pan/paniyaram pan with few drops of oil. Either way they turn out flavourful & crispy.
+ Use 2 Raw banana instead of Potato if you don’t want to use Potato.
