Quick healthy Lunch or Dinner. An easy sandwich I make for lunch/dinner sometimes without using bread or wraps.

Items used:
Romaine Lettuce
Boiled Chicken Tenders
Light Ceaser Dressing (you can use your favorite dressing of choice)

How I made it:
I boiled chicken tenders thoroughly, and shred the chicken just a bit, add a little dressing, then wrap in lettuce…and voila, you are done…ready to eat
