1. Wheat flour – 1 cup
2. Desiccated coconut – 1/2 cup
3. Sugar – 2 tbsp (use jaggery if you don’t like to add sugar)
4. Salt – a pinch
5. Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp
6. Boiling water – 3/4 cup
Mix well with a spoon.
When the added boiled water has cooled down, mix well with hands.
Make balls
*wet your hands or rub a little oil
So it won’t stick to your hands
Heat oil
Fry on medium high flame.
