🌿 Recipe for healthy bread without flour and yeast. Psyllium Bread.

Ingredients.
Dry:
Hercules / oatmeal – 235g
Dried apricots – 80g
Sunflower seed – 100g
Pumpkin seed – 65 g
Hazelnut – 90g
Flax seed – 120g
Psyllium – 40g
Sea or regular salt – 12g

Wet:
Water – 600ml
Olive or vegetable oil – 55g
Liquid honey / Jerusalem artichoke / agave / maple syrup – 40 g
If you have thick honey, you can simply dilute it with hot water to make it thinner.

Nuts, dried fruits, seeds can be partially or completely replaced in the recipe with analogues: poppy seeds, sesame seeds, prunes, mulberries, etc.
