Who Said Healthy can’t be delicious?
Today I’m presenting before you all a delicious moist bread which is packed with nutrients,

A slice of this bread in morning breakfast makes you full for long duration and super easy to make at home-

***Ingredients to make Banana wheat bread
***_

1. Ripe Bananas – 6-7 (small)
2. Wheat flour 2 cups
3. Eggs – 2 Large size
4. Jowar Flour- (sorghum/white millet) – 1/2 Cup
5. Ghee or butter melted- 3/4 Cup
6. Jaggery powder- 1/2 Cup
7. Dark brown Sugar- 1/4 Cup
8. Salt- 1/4 Teaspoon
9. Baking Powder- 1.5 Tablespoon
(Substitute can be 1 Teaspoon of soda)
10. Flax seeds – 1 Tablespoon ( sprinkle on top)

METHOD-
1. In a processor or blender, mix ingredients ( Ripe bananas Egg, melted butter or ghee, jaggery powder, brown sugar & Salt)

2. Sift the dry flours ( wheat, jowar, Baking powder or soda)

3. Combine both the dry and wet ingredients
NOTE – Do not blend the batter after adding in dry flours

4. Pour the batter in a greased or lined baking loaf tin

5. Preheat the oven at 200°C for 5mins

6. Bake @180°C for 45- 50mins or until it’s done

7. Check by inserting a toothpick or knife
(If that comes out clean means ur bread is perfectly baked)
