I’m back with another low calorie dessert recipe and this time it’s CINNAMON ROLLS! These are not only delicious, low calorie but are super quick and by that I mean you can make them in 1 MINUTE in microwave.

Ingredients:
Oat flour or all purpose flour: 8 tbsp
Baking powder: 1/2 tsp
Melted butter: 2 tsp
Low fat milk: 5-7 tbsp
Zero calorie sugar: as requires
Cinnamon powder: as required
This recipes makes exactly 12 mini cinnamon rolls.
Each mini cinnamon rolls is only 23 CALORIES!!
A regular cinnamon rolls that we eat is about 280 calories!
Low calorie glaze recipe:
Zero calorie sugar: 3 tbsp
Low fat milk: 1 tbsp
Melted butter (optional): 1/2 tsp
Mix well and drizzle over the rolls.
