Ingredients of this recipe
1 cup of Rice ( or use millet )
2 tbsp of Urad dal ,
1 tbsp green peas,
1 tbsp yellow peas ,
1 tbsp green mund dal,
1 tbsp brown beans ,
1 tbsp black eyed beans ,
1 tbsp white Chana ….
wash 2 times & soak 8 – 10 hours after that blend it & make thick paste like regular Dosa batter & ferment 8 hours or overnight
