Recipe-
1.In a grinder add in handful of fresh mint leaves,ginger ( 2small pieces),garlic cloves(6-7),1 dry chilli and 1 tomato. Make a paste.
2. Heat up pan. Add 1tbsp oil followed by sesame seeds (Til), wait few seconds then add in mint paste. Cook it for about a minute. Then add in salt to taste and 1tsp garam masala. Cook for a minute. Add 1tbsp desi ghee and mix.
Taaadddaaa. Our mint brown rice is ready.
