Stir fried broccoli salad/Nutritious Broccoli Salad

This stir fried broccoli salad is very easy to prepare. Healthy and nutritious salad. You can add any veggies of your choice with broccoli. Instead of stir fry the broccoli you can blanch or steam them  also you can use apple cider vinegar instead of lemon juice. It’s a good recipe for those who are watching on their diet.

Ingredients:
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cucumber
1 carrot
1 baby corn
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
Salt as per taste
