Today I am sharing 5 slow cooker meals. I cooked these all last week when it was the school holidays as thats when for me slow cooker meals are the best, when you have been out all day and need dinner ready to serve when you walk into your home in the evening 🙂

SLOW COOKER USED:

MEALS – all quantities are to feed 4 people

SLOW COOKER BEEF:
500g Diced beef
3 Carrots
4 Garlic Cloves
1 knob Ginger
3 Spring onions
2 tablespoon Soy
1 tablespoon Sriracha
3 tea spoons Brown sugar
2 teaspoons Cornstarch
Sesame seeds
1 Beef stock
200ml Red Wine
1 Cup Rice

SLOW COOKER CREAMY CHICKEN:
4 Chicken breast
5 Garlic Cloves
1 Onion
V1 eg stock
200g Creme fraiche
150g Sun dried tomatoes
300g Spinach
1 knob Parmasan
New potatoes

SLOW COOKER JACKET POTATOES:
4 Jacket Potatoes
Any leftovers from the fridge 🙂

SLOW COOKER TIKKA MASALA:
4 Chicken thighs
1 Onion
5 Garlic Cloves
1 tablespoon Garam Masala
1 teaspoon Turmeric
1 teaspoon Cumin
1 tablespoon Curry powder
1 Peppers
1 Passata
200g Plain Yoghurt
1 Cup Rice

SLOW COOKER LASAGNA:
500g Beef mince
1Onion
4 Garlic Cloves
1 tin Chopped tomatoes or passata
1 Veg stock
250ml Milk
150g Flour
1 knob Butter
Pasta sheets
