Simple Salad Recipes/ Healthy Diet with healthy Salad/ Chickpea Salad with Bell pepper and Tomato with a healthy homemade sauce!

Ingredients:
1/3 of Yellow bell pepper
1/3 of Green bell pepper
1 Tomato
400 g Boiled Chickpea
Dressing:
3 tbsp of Greek yogurt
2 tbsp of Olive oil
1 tbsp of Apple cider vinegar
2 tsp of Mustard
1 tsp of ground black pepper
1 tsp of Sugar
1/2 tsp of Salt
1 Minced Garlic
Instruction:
Slice 1/3 of Green and Yellow bell pepper
Dice one tomato
Place the ingredients in the plate, mix well the dressing and add it to the ingredients.
