Hi friends, today I ma sharing with you high protein salad, it is made from Chana. We can call, as chana salad. In single serving of salad will get nearly 230 calories, high protein, and high fiber recipe. Single serving gives 13 g protein and 19 gm fiber. Loaded with essential vitamins and minerals.
To make this recipe I didn’t added single drop of oil here, it is a zero oil recipe. As well as it is Gluten free recipe, so those who have gluten sensitivity. They can also add this recipe in their diet plan during dinner or breakfast time.
This recipe is suitable for everyone, those who are overweight, pcod/pcos, thyroid, diabetes and high cholesterol issues. They can also add this recipe in their diet plan

Chana salad
Serving-1
Ingredients
1- Bengal gram (Chana)-60 gm
2- Onion-30 gm
3- Tomato-40 gm
4- Green chili-as per taste
5- Cucumber-70 gm
6- Green mango-30 gm
7- Coriander leaves- for garnish
8- Mint leaves- for garnish
9- Salt-as per taste
10- Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
11- Lemon juice -As per taste (optional)
Cooking method
1-Take a bowl add 6 spoons chana.
2-Wash it 2 times.
3-Add enough water and soak it overnight.
4-Then wash it again.
5-Add some water in chana and salt, pressure cook it until 4-5 vessels came.
6-chana cooked strain the water.
7-Add cooked chana in bowl add all chopped veggies, cumin powder, salt and coriander leaves, mint leaves. Squeeze lemon juice.
8-Mix well, high protein salad is ready to serve.
