Bananas are high in fibre and can keep you fuller for longer. Avocados contain healthy fats which keep you fuller for longer leading to weight loss. Baby spinach is mild in flavour and rich in insoluble fibre which is the key element which helps in weight loss. Milk is rich in protein and may aid in weight loss and muscle building. Protein rich foods boost weight loss by improving the metabolism and increasing fullness after meals which may lead to lower daily calorie intake.
