• Chia seeds: 4 tsp
• Milk: 1 cup
• Honey: 1 tsp
• Banana: 1
• Mango: 1
• Pomegranate: 1
• Apple: 1
How to prepare:
• Take a tumbler and add 4 tsp of chia seeds and add normal milk or coconut milk if you want.
• Now add 1 tsp of honey and mix week.
• Cover the tumbler with a foil and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hrs or overnight.
• In the morning, remove the cover and add fruits of your choice.
• Cut the fruits into pieces and add and then serve.
