Today I have this low-calorie recipe for you all – these delicious kale chips. For one they are easy to make and you can eat all of them without guilt because they are only 73 calories!

TOTAL TIME: 20 – 25 minutes

Around 73 calories
Around (5g fat, 6g carbohydrates, 3g protein)Â
INGREDIENTS:
4 kale leaves (67g)
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
Note: can use less salt, if you like things not as salty
STEP 1 – Preheat oven to 350 FÂ
STEP 2 – Wash kale leaves well and dry with a hand towel or salad spinner.Â
STEP 3 – Carefully cut the leaves from the thick stem and tear/cut into bite size pieces.Â
STEP 4 – Massage kale with olive oil and salt.Â
Note: Make sure all leaves get coated. Â
STEP 5 – Bake for 10-15 minutesÂ
Note: Keep a close eye on them as they cook quickly, when edges turn brown they can be removed from the oven.
