OVERNIGHT OATS SMOOTHIE :

Ingredients:

Oats – 4 tbsp
Hot water – 200 ml
Badam – 7 nos
Raisins – 10-12 nos
Yogurt / Thick curd – 2 tbsp
Honey – 3 tsp
Flaxseeds – 2tsp

All the ingredients are fiber and energy rich, grind all the ingredients and refrigerate overnight to make breakfast easier and healthier!
