Today I am sharing a typical day in my life eating a whole food plant based vegan diet. These are typical meals I followed during my 70 lb vegan weight loss. I eat a diet full of delicious whole foods, that is most closely aligned with the works of Dr. Mcdougall and his books the starch solution, and program for maximum weight loss. Following this lifestyle helped me lose all the excess weight I was carrying, heal chronic illness, and now I am living my happiest and most vibrant life! In this VLOG I will take you along with me for the day, where you will see what I eat as well as run some errands and go THRIFTING! I hope you enjoy this video!
