Breakfast recipe for weight loss, I am sharing diet poha recipe, in this poha will get only 266 calories, it is rich in proteins and fiber. Usually, we make poha from rice flakes but this diet poha I made through jowar flakes. As we all know jowar is more healthy and nutritious grain, it is loaded with fiber and other minerals, best substitute for rice flakes. And this diet poha recipe is gluten free also so those who have gluten sensitivity they can also follow this recipe. As well as this recipe is suitable for pcod/pcos, thyroid, diabetes, and high cholesterol issues. So friends, from next time whenever you make poha, try to make with jowar flakes.

Jowar poha for weight loss
Serving-1
Ingredients
1-Jowar flakes-45gm
2-peanut-10gm
3-Green peas-15 gm
4-Onion-30 gm
5-Carrot-20 gm
6-Capsicum-50 gm
7-cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
8-turmeric-1/4th tsp
9-Coriender powder-1 tsp
10-Salt-as per taste
11-Ghee-1/2 tsp
Cooking method
1-Take a pan add ghee, cumin seeds, curry leaves, groundnuts and fry.
2-Then add green peas, chopped onion, chopped carrot, chopped capsicum and fry for 3-4 min.
3-Take 45 gm jowar flakes rinse it in running water.
4-Add rinsed jowar flakes to cooked veggies,a dd turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt and coriander leaves.
5-Mix well and cover it cook for 5 min.
Our healthy diet poha is ready to serve.
