Today, I’m bringing you a day in a life video. I really wanted to film it just to show you that even with a busy schedule you can squeeze in a workout and find healthy and sustainable options when eating out.

Breakfast recipe: 😋
1. in a blender mix:
100g of any yogurt (plain or greek)
50g of forest fruits (preferably frozen)
30g of whey protein (cookie flavor in my case)
100ml of almond milk

2. add 30g of oats (instant oats in my case) and mix it up
3. add 10g of almond and some more fruits for toppings
