This is how you make perfectly moist banana bread using oats! It is an easy & healthy recipe. I used whole wheat flour & oat flour instead of flour, and I used brown sugar in place of sugar
Ingredients:
Ripe Banana – 2
Brown sugar – 1 cup
Egg – 2
Whole wheat flour – 1 cup
Old fashioned oat – 1 cup ( ground)
Butter/ oil – 1/4 cup
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Baking soda – 1/2 tsp
Vanilla extract – 1/2 tsp
Bake @ 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour
