Vitamins and minerals in the breakfast:
Vitamins: A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, B12, C, D, E, K
Minerals: Ca, Cu, Mg, Mn, P, K

Ingredients: (262 Calories)
4 Tbsp Multigrain* flour
1/2 Potato
2 Tbsp Cheese
2 Tbsp onion
2 Tbsp Garlic
1.5 Tsp Olive oil

Recipe:
Add multigrain flour* in a dish. Add garlic paste, black seeds and salt to taste. Add water and mix well.
Pre-heat a flat pan. Add 1 tsp olive oi on the pan. Pour the material on the pan, and spread evenly. Add half teaspoon oil on upper side of the material. After 5 minutes, turn its side and switch the flame to slow.
Arrange mashed potato on one side. Evenly put onion on it. Add green chilli, chilli flakes, cheese and coriander leaves. Close it and turn its side. Cook for 5 minutes.
Your healthy and tasty breakfast is ready. Enjoy!!
