Here are the ingredients that I used:
1 cup (80g) oat flour
92g (1/2 cup-ish) egg whites
3 tbsp stevia
1/2 cup (113g) 0% fat greek yogurt
1 tsp baking soda
2 scoops of protein powder (or one of each flavor – if you make 2 different kinds of cupcakes)
Either 1 tsp vanilla extract or 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (or half of each if you make both types of cupcakes)
2 tbsp of water
Chocolate cupcake frosting
(double this amount if you are
not splitting up the recipe into 2 flavors)
1/2 cup 0% fat greek yogurt
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp truvia stevia
1/2 chocolate Built Bar
Vanilla cupcake frosting
(double this amount if you are
not splitting up the recipe into 2 flavors)
1/2 cup 0% fat greek yogurt
1 tbsp vanilla sugar free
-fat free jello
1 tbsp truvia stevia
5g sprinkles
Macros for 1 frosted chocolate cupcake:
(1/6th of the chocolate portion of the recipe)
