Ingredients
5-6 pink lady apples
2 – bloody oranges
half cup quinoa boiled
1cup baby spinach leaves
1cucumber sliced
1 tomatoes sliced
1cup roasted walnuts
1cup pomegranate seeds
1tbsp fresh mint leaves
salt pepper to taste
combine all ingredients in big salad bowl keep aside.

balsamic dressing recipe
30 ml balsamic vinegar
20 ml olive oil
salt pepper to taste
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 clove garlic minced
1tsp mustard paste
combine all ingredients in bowl and mix it well until seasoning coaptate well..keep aside.
