I know it’s really hard to eat healthy all the time but we should always try until we get into the habit , so today I grabbed cucumber , pickled beets , red onion , baby carrots , boiled few eggs had some beef liver that i marinated and cooked on the skewers.
You should go with what ever good choices we could make with food on hand and make the best out of it.
