Hi Everyone, This poha tastes better than the regular poha that is made from flattened rice. I hope you will give it a try. I also show how to cook quinoa in pressure cooker in detail in this video.

INGREDIENTES
1/2 cup peanut
1.5 teaspoon cooking oil
1/2 tsp moong or urad daal
1/2 teaspoon whole cumin
1/2 teaspoon mustard seed
1 cup chopped onion
8-10 curry leaves
2 green chili -chopped
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder –
1 tsp turmeric/haldi.

1 cup raw quinoa
1 and 1/3 cup water
1/2 tsp oil
1/4 tsp salt

If you are using an instant pot to cook quinoa,
For 1 cup quinoa , add 1 and 1/4 cup water, cook for 1 min on Pressure cook setting with High Pressure.
