Ingredients:
200g (7.06oz) green lentils, soak
100g (3.5oz) sorghum, soak
2 bay leaves
1 large (160g, 5.6oz) onion
1 carrot (95g, 3.4oz)
1 large celery stalk (68g, 2.4oz)
150g (5.3oz) beetroot
180g (6.3oz) butternut squash or pumpkin
About 1.5 litres water
85g (3oz) broccoli
5 garlic cloves (15g, 0.5oz)
100g (3.5oz) coconut milk
