Hi friends, today I am sharing breakfast recipe for weight loss, it is a gluten free healthy breakfast. This recipe is made from millets I use barnyard millet to make this recipe. Generally, we make vegetable upma by using sooji, sooji is made from whole wheat. To make recipe gluten free I used barnyard millet, you can any millet like little millet or foxtail millet. All millets are loaded with vitamins and minerals as well as they are gluten free too. In single free millet upma will get only 313 calories, rich in proteins and fiber. This recipe is suitable for everyone, those who have pcos/pcod, thyroid, diabetes, and high cholesterol issues they can also have this recipe during breakfast time.
