Being mother of three i always try to cook healthy meals for my kids. Here are two very simple and my kids favourites ❤
Replace the vegetables with your kids favourite ones or you can just skip the vegetables. 😉
Chicken nuggets
Ingredients
• 150g boneless minced chicken
• 2 medium potatoes
• 1 egg
• 75g bread crumbs
• Salt to taste
• 1tsp pepper
• 1 tsp ginger powder
• 1 tsp garlic powder
For frying
• 1 egg
• 1 cup bread crumbs
• Oil
Creamy Pasta
Ingredients
• 2 cups boiled pasta
• 1 cup boiled chicken
• 1/3cup chopped cabbage
• 1 small chopped carrot
• 1/2 chopped red capsicum
• 1/2 chopped green capsicum
• 2 tbsp oil
• 3 cloves garlic
• 1 tbsp Red curry paste
• 1 tbsp tomato puree
• 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
• Salt to taste
• Pepper to taste
•
For creamy sauce
• 60 ml garlic Mayonnaise
• 1 cup cream
• 3 slices cheese
• 1/2 tsp oregano
Bake at 220c for 15 minutes or until cheese melts and turns golden.
