Ingredients
Wheat flour 1 cup
rice flour 1/4 cup
soya chunks 1 cup
tomato 1
red chillies 2
ginger 2 pieces
curd 1/4 cup
onion half a cup
capsicum half a cup
carrot half a cup
coriander leaves

soak soya chunks for 15 min.
add 2 cups of water, soya chunks, tomato, ginger and red chillies and cook for 15 minutes. peel the skin of tomato and
grind into smooth paste, add wheat flour, rice flour, curd, onion, capsicum, carrot, coriander leaves and salt to the paste and form a thick smooth paste. In a pan add 2 tsp of oil, pour the batter and close the lid and cook for 5 min and flip and cook for 5 min. no side dish is needed, yummy soya chunks dosai is ready
