Recipe for healthy breakfast
Ingredients
– 2 boiled eggs sliced finely without yolk
– 1 cup sliced onion
– 1 cup sliced tomato
– 1 tablespoon curd
– 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
– pinch of salt
– pinch of black pepper
– mixed herbs
– clarified butter to toast bread
