Now making breakfast in mornings is no more a hassle. With bread slices, veggies and some cheese make this delicious recipe and save yourself from hard work.

Ingredients

Bread slices – 4
Onion – 1 small
Tomato – 1 small
Carrot – 1 small
Cucumber – 1/4 part
Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
Black pepper – 1/2 tbsp
Salt – 1/2 tbsp
Butter – 2 tbsp

Method

1. Chop all veggies finely. Put everything in a bowl, add mayonnaise, black pepper and salt. Mix well.

2. Cut edges of breads and apply butter on all. Spread the prepared batter on the bread evenly and put another slice over to make a sandwich.

3. Heat a pan and add butter to melt. Put the sandwich on it and toast for a minute on both sides.
