today’s recipe is about a healthy and tasty chilla with laukee( bottle gourd)
hope u guys like the recipe
ingredients:-
laukee (bottle gourd)
arua rice
fenugreek seeds
desiccated coconut or fresh coconut
process :-
shocked the arua rice followed by some fenugreek seeds for 3-4 hrs
after soaked make a smooth paste
cut a laukee into pieces and bland it to smooth paste
mix both the batter followed by some salt and water
make chilla out of it
now enjoy with ur favourite chutney 😍
