Vegan Chocolate Coconut Date Bites
Ingredients:
-2 tbsp cocoa powder
-1 cup oat flour
-1/4 cup creamy almond butter
-7 medjool dates
-2 tbsp nut milk
-coconut flakes
Directions:
1. Blend your cocoa powder, oat flour, creamy almond butter, medjool dates and nut milk in a food processor until all of the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
2. Roll your date mixture into 12 balls.
3. Roll your date balls in coconut flakes.
4. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes and enjoy!
