Hi My Friends,
Aaj ka Recipe hay, Weight Loss Meal Recipe # Mixed vegetables with Paneer
Ingredients :
1. Paneer
2. Carrot
3. Capsicum
4. Green chilli
5. Garlic cloves
6. Onion
7. Green peas
8. Extra virgin olive oil
9. Maggie masala-e magic
Process :
Cut all the vegetables and keep aside. Do not crush garlic cloves.
Now heat one pan and put 1 table spoon extra virgin olive oil into the pan.
Add all the Veges one by one and at the end, put garlic and mix it properly on midium to high flame.
Now put a lid for 2 to 3 minutes on midium to high flame, to get a Smoky flavor of the vegetables.
After 2 to 3 minutes, remove the lid and add Maggie masala-e magic or Maggie magic masala ( both are same) and give a good mix.
After mixing masala with Veges, add paneer into the pan and give another good mix.
Now again put the lid and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes on slow flame. After 2 minutes mixed vegetables with paneer is ready to eat.

Please note : when you are using Maggie magic Masala, don’t put any other Masala or salt separately as Maggie magic masala is already having enough salt.
