This is a pack and go healthy breakfast that is delicious and full of fiber. Oats are good for gut health.
Combination of oats and Chia seeds will make fill full for a longer period. This will help you to stop overeating and reduce cravings.
ingredients
1 grated carrot
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/3 cup oats
1tsp cinnamon
4tbsp Greek yoghurt
250ml milk
2-3 tbsp honey or maple Syrup
walnuts, grapes and strawberries for topping.
Method.
Mix carrots, chia seeds, oats cinnamon, honey and milk together. Keep in the fridge for about 4 hrs or overnight.
Add Greek yoghurt,walnuts grapes and strawberries.
