Milk: 3/4 cup

Boneless, skinless chicken: 80-100 grams
Garlic powder: 1/4 teaspoon
Onion powder: 1/4 teaspoon
Red chilli: 1/4 teaspoon
Cayenne: 1/4 teaspoon
Cumin powder: 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper: 1/4 teaspoon
Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
Chicken powder: 1 teaspoon
Soy sauce: 1 teaspoon
Hot sauce: 1 teaspoon
Low fat greek yogurt
Light butter: 1 teaspoon
Thyme(optional)
Onion(chopped): 1 tablespoon
Tomato(chopped): 1/2 tomato

Mashed banana: 1.5 tablespoons
Flour: 3 tablespoons
Beaten egg: 1 tablespoon
Baking soda: 1/4 teaspoon
Sweetener: 3 teaspoons

Ingredients:
Oil: 2 tbsp
Chicken:1/2 cup
Capsicum
Carrots
Cabbage
(Any veggies you like or have)
Soy sauce: 2 tbsp
Tomato sauce: 2 tbsp
Paprika powder: 1/2 tsp
Cream: 1/4 cup
Tortilla recipe:
This serving of regular butter chicken has 430 calories while this version has about 175 calories FOR THE WHOLE RECIPE
