Ingredients👇🏾

Dry
45 grams of @Quaker rolled oats
30 grams of vanilla Schinoussa Super Foods vegan protein powder
1 teaspoon of baking soda
½ teaspoon of cinnamon
¼ of salt

Wet
55 grams of President’s Choice egg whites
20 grams of sugar-free maple syrup
55 grams of unsweetened almond milk

Toppings
20 grams of Lotus Biscoff cookie butter
Half of a @misfitshealth9918 chocolate banoffee protein bar

Method 👇🏾

1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray two ramekins with olive oil cooking spray and set aside.

2️⃣ In a small blender, blend the rolled oats, baking powder, vegan protein powder, cinnamon and salt for one minute until combined.

3️⃣ In another bowl, whisk the egg whites, sugar-free maple syrup and almond milk until combined. Add in the dry ingredients and mix again.

4️⃣ Pour the oat mixture into the ramekins and top with the protein bar. Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes and let cool for 10 minutes before serving. I like to top mine with cookie butter. Enjoy! 😉
