Recipes:

Best Potatoes Ever
1.5-2lb gold potatoes
2/3 cup coconut milk
3 tbs nutritional yeast
3 tbs ghee
boil potatoes until soft. mix and mash and add 1-2 tbs salt or more to taste! 🙂

Gluten-Free Coconut Flour Brownies
1/3 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp sea salt
4 large eggs at room temp
1/2 cup melted coconut oil
2 tbs milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
add in 1/3 cup of chocolate chips
preheat oven to 350F. whisk all dry ingredients together and in a separate bowl beat eggs, melted coconut oil, milk, and vanilla. pour liquid into dry until well combined and stir in chocolate chips. bale for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. let cool & enjoy!

Mineral Tea 🫖
2 TBS red raspberry leaf
2 TBS nettle tea
1 TBS oat straw
7-8 cups of hot water (boil then cool for 1 min before pouring)
Add honey to taste while warm to dissolve

Gut-Loving Jello
1/2 cup guava juice
1/2 cup aloe vera juice
3 cups of heated guava juice
3 TBS gelatin
add your 1/2 cup of guava and aloe to a bowl and let gelatin bloom over the top. whisk in the heated 3 cups and then store in the fridge overnight until set!
