Dark chocolate (200 g).
1/2 cup almonds (100 g)
1/2 cup peanuts, raw (100 g)
1 Tbsp maple syrup (honey is fine)
pinch of salt

2 snack recipes:
150 g oatmeal
30g cocoa
60 g CASEIN protein
50 g peanut butter
150 g milk plus a little
