Ingredients 👇🏼
– 1 Tortilla/Wrap (Brand: Coles 70% Lower Carb Wraps)
– 1/2 Diced Tomato
– Lettuce
– 1 Egg White (or regular egg- can be substituted for 30g of hot sauce)
– 25g Crushed Cornflakes
– Salt, Grounded Pepper, Garlic Powder & Smoked Paprika
– Squeeze Of Lemon Juice
– 20g Light Mayonnaise (can be substituted for fat free or regular mayonnaise)
– 170g Chicken Breast (raw weight – flatten & sliced into 2 pieces & flattened)

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 – 25 minutes or air fry at 190 degrees Celsius for 16 – 18 minutes. (times may vary slightly depending on the oven/ air fryer so keep an eye on it)
