This is one of my favorite snack with ragi and make it often.Kids are not into the savory version of ragi but ragi ela ada is their favorite.I have used frozen banana leaves but try to use fresh banana leaves to get the real flavors from the steamed banana leaves.
ingradience
1. Ragi flour. -2 cup
2. Medium hot water – 1cup
3. Coconut grated – 1 cup
4. Palm jaggary. – 1/2 cup
5. Banana leaf – 4 nos
6. Salt – enough
