½ Red Onion, medium size, chopped
1 Tropical Avocado, diced, or use 2 regular small avocado
1½ cup Cherry Tomato halved
4 tbsp Coriander Leaves, chopped

3 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Garlic, minced
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
½ tsp Cumin Powder
¾ tsp Black Pepper Powder
