Eggs (78 kcal each) – 1 pc.
Apples (95 kcal) – 1 pc.
Oatmeal (150 kcal per 1/2 cup) – 2 coffee cups (approx. 300 kcal)

Total (approx.) – 618 kcal (108 kcal per cupcake)
*Ginger (2 kcal) – 1 pin optional
**Raisins (108 kcal per 1/4 cup) – optional
In a bowl, use a fork to mash a peeled, ripe banana. Mix in an egg, cinnamon, and coconut shavings. Grate a peeled apple using a coarse grater and add it to the bowl. Finally, add oatmeal to the mixture.
Thoroughly stir the mixture until the oatmeal is soaked with the juice from the apple and banana. Pour the mixture into molds, preferably ones that won’t stick.
Bake the muffins in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350–375 F) for 15-20 minutes, until they are firm and slightly browned. Let them cool, then garnish with your desired toppings, such as linden honey and dried berries.
