ingredients:
1 small banana
50 g rolled oats
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp olive oil
100 ml milk of choice or water
Filling: 2 pieces dark chocolate + chocolate chips as topping

1. Blend the all of the ingredients for the oat mixture in a blender until smooth
2. Pour the batter into a greased mug and add the chocolate squares in the middle and chocolate chips on top
3. Microwave for 2 min
4. enjoy 😉
